Can I just start with saying this post makes me swoon! I want to get engaged again and this time I want to get engaged while on a picnic in the woods with hot air balloons surrounding me. Just sounds so romantic! Well this is exactly what happened here when Cerly got a ring put on it! All started with a country picnic completely created by Lottie with Couture Event by Lottie.
