La Cantera Resort Wedding - Hannah & Dipesh

We are so pleased to share with you all our first wedding out at La Cantera Resort. Dipesh and Hannah had a 2 day Indian Christian celebration that was simply beautiful. Neither Hannah or Dipesh are from San Antonio so this was also a destination wedding. We start things off with the Indian ceremony on Friday. Dipesh and Hannah chose to do a 1st look to start their day.

Before the Baraat ceremony the couple went out and took some couple's photos and met the horse Dipesh would ride in.

The Baraat - groom's wedding procession. In North Indian communities, it is customary for the bridegroom to travel to the wedding venue on a mare, accompanied by his family members. In every Baraat we have participated in it is a joyous celebration of dancing and singing. Take a look here.

The Indian wedding ceremony took place at La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, TX.

And we finished up Day 1 with gorgeous sunset photos of the wedding party and the newlyweds. We love when our couple's love photos!!! We were not there for the Mehndi ceremony earlier in the day but we did capture these beautiful photos of the girls.

Day 2 - Christian Ceremony - San Antonio Indian Wedding Photographer

Day 2 started with getting ready for the American or Christian ceremony taking place. Here is how they started day 2.

The bride did a 1st look with her dad and we always love these. Such a special moment between 2 special people. And then Dipesh and Hannah did a first look as well. This next series of photos makes me smile.

Check out their amazing wedding party. They had a blast both days as you will see.

Then they had their ceremony outdoors at the arches at La Cantera Resort.

Then they had their reception at La Cantera Resort's Palmer outdoors and it was perfect!

Camp Lucy Wedding - Staci & Michael

Well guys, we are proud to finally have a beautiful Camp Lucy wedding in our line up. That is such a cool venue. Add in a cool couple like Staci & Michael and you create the perfect wedding! Here are just a few of our favorite photos from their Camp Lucy Wedding. We start with the bride and her crew getting ready

We always always always love our bride's 1st looks with their dads.

Check out how cute all the details are on this Boho wedding outdoors at Camp Lucy. Del with Fabulous Beginnings did a great job!

We love the use of carpets to add decor and make the ceremony feel so personal. And the flowers are just stunning throughout, especially the unique Tamborine bride & bridesmaid bouquets.

Camp Lucy Wedding Ceremony

Camp Lucy is so beautiful and has this amazing overlook. We could have take photos there all day long.

We love how Camp Lucy can easily accommodate both the ceremony and the reception on site and both are beautiful!

Check out how cool this photo bus is!

And we really love when we get to sneak the couple outside and take some cool nighttime photos of just the 2 of them.

Bexar County Wedding Photographer - Marsteen Elopement

One of the coolest things that has changed about our job since moving to San Antonio is our ability to now capture Military Elopement Weddings.  With the Air Force being such a staple here we now have the honor of capturing their post graduation elopements before they head off to tech school.  Meet Jasmine & Jacob!  Jacob just graduated and met his beautiful bride at the Bexar Country Courthouse Chapel for their wedding.  The first few photos you will see here are the wedding ceremony in the chapel.  The last few photos are the fun part (for us) as we get to take them out around San Antonio and take photos that they will cherish for a lifetime!

And this is where the fun starts for us.  We captured these photos right at noon just after their ceremony, which is the hardest and hottest part of the day.  But I have to say, I think they turned out beautiful!  Here are a few of our favorites San Antonio elopement wedding photos.

The photo below really captures this moment in it's entirety.  All the hard work, sacrifice and love that has been, is now and is to come between these two.

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Jacob Marsteen!  Click here to see more San Antonio Elopement Wedding Photos by Jonathan Ivy.
