As I have been going back through reminiscing of all the beautiful weddings we have captured I am very proud of how many amazing military couples we have met through this photography journey. We have had the honor of capturing military men and their wives from several of the branches and I hope with time, we have a wedding from each branch. I think being a San Antonio Military Photographer is going to help us. We are so excited about this new adventure! Anyhow, we are excited to share with you all this gorgeous Army wedding! Here are just a few of our favorite images.
A man in his uniform is always so dashing!
The ceremony location is St Anns Catholic Church in Houston TX

The Dunlavy Wedding reception area is breathtaking! The tables are perfect, the place settings are perfect, the florals are perfect, literally everything is to perfection! This is our very 1st time to capture an event at The Dunlavy and we are very much looking forward to going back again. Beautiful wedding venue nestled in Houston, TX.
As always Blooming Gallery did an amazing job with the flowers! We work with them often and EVERY SINGLE TIME they knock it out of the park. Highly recommend Scott and crew!
Congratulation Debra & Reuben Tamez!!!! We wish you both the most beautiful Happily Ever After!
Wedding at the Houstonian Hotel - Weinman Wedding
This gorgeous wedding at the Houstonian Hotel will make your day! As a Houston wedding photographer we see a lot of beautiful weddings, but it is always added fun when the family hosting the wedding is excited and having fun. This wedding fulfills just this! Take a moment to scroll through and relive this beautiful Houston wedding.
The bride is known for her mismatched socks! It is her signature and today's selection was no exception.
Even the signing of the Katubah is happy!
Such a beautiful Houstonian Hotel Wedding.
We adore Jewish weddings because they are so lively! I mean really, everyone here is undeniably having the time of their life!
This year, we had the privilege of working with a beautiful couple on their wedding day. Lisa and Will decided to have a stunning Houstonian Hotel Wedding. They chose the St Ann’s Catholic Church in Houston for their beautiful ceremony. The couple had a large wedding party with Lisa’s stunning friends wearing yellow bridesmaid’s dresses. She also chose to incorporate her soft yellow colors into her breathtaking bouquet.
The wedding was a picture of perfection, and was everything that one would expect from a Classic Indoor Wedding in Houston. Will is a military man and wore his dress uniform for the ceremony. He chose to surround himself with his closest friends on his special day, and we captured a brief prayer that Will said prior to walking down the aisle to meet the love of his life.
Lisa had her own special moment before the ceremony. She had the privilege of having her father escort her down the aisle, and before the wedding began we captured her father adjusting her veil for her. It was as if he was saying, ‘you will always be my princess’ with his eyes.
The St Ann’s Catholic Church is absolutely breathtaking, with row after row of arched windows and a large vaulted ceiling that set the stage for a Classic indoor wedding in Houston. The altar was graced on either side with yellow wedding décor and large pale yellow wedding flowers. As the couple knelt to begin the ceremony, we snapped some incredible photographs that seized the moment perfectly.
After the ceremony, we took the family outside and gathered some incredible shots of both the bride and groom with their family and close friends. Next was the reception. One could say that it was the epitome of a Ballroom Wedding in Houston. It took place in a Houstonian Hotel ballroom. The space was decked out with sensational yellow wedding décor with dazzling yellow floral centerpieces on each table.
Houstonian Hotel Wedding
We love it when our couple incorporate what is happening in their lives into their photos. As you can see we have two versions of people savings lives through two very different means. How awesome is this!

Wedding at the Houstonian Hotel - Stevener Wedding
Oh how we love beautiful Houstonian Hotel weddings! This was our 1st time in the Juniper Ballroom which means we have now captured a wedding in each of the ballrooms. Tonight event was the gorgeous wedding of Courtney and Andrew Stevener or as we have been calling them, Ken & Barbie (I don't think they knew this though). They are just so cute together, literally they are perfect! We could have put up 100's of photos from their gorgeous day but we selected a few of the best of the best to share with you all.
How did Andrew pop the question: Andrew convinced Courtney that he had a Groupon for Vick & Anthony's (yeah right). Earlier in the day he had a spare key made asked his mother and sister to come over to Courtney's while they were out to eat and decorate her apartment. They returned to Courtney's after dinner where as soon as Andrew started to open the apartment door, she only saw red on the floor and panicked. Courtney tried to back away (too many crime shows) out of fear, but Andrew just shoved her inside. That's when she realized that the entire apartment was decorated with rose petals, candles, chocolate covered strawberries, and metallic confetti. Andrew gave the most beautiful speech after he got on his knee and of course she said YES!
When asked where their favorite place(s) are to eat they told us Maggianos, Vick & Anthony's, Blue Water, Mi Cocina, Cyclone Anayas. Which happen to be a few of our favorite too!
We asked these two who the hardest vendors was to find and they said: Not photographer 🙂 We struggled with the reception venue honestly, the other people all fell into place pretty smoothly once we chose locations.
We asked these newlyweds what are some Must Haves at their wedding and they told us they absolute must have is bellies, beers and hearts full! We want everyone to have as much fun as we're having!
When asked who their favorite sports team is they told us: Texans, Rockets, Astros, House Divided with college football between Texas Tech and UT.
We asked what their favorite way to relax was (and although I believe they are completely relaxed in the above adorable photo) they told us to have wine nights! This is my, Samantha, favorite way to relax too!
