This wedding was such an elegant wedding! The ceremony took place at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Houston with the reception to follow at the bride’s parent’s estate. We love the beautiful whites worn by the ladies and adore the deep reds found at the reception. The bride is an old family friend of Jonathan’s so it was very neat to reunite with her and her family as well as get to meet her now husband.
The bride’s stunning gown was by Ines di Santo from Belle Mariee Bridal in Houston and her shoes were Jimmy Choo from Neimans.
The stunning flowers seen here were by Jacqueline Chapelle French Inspired Events.
Here is the beautiful Annunciation Greek Orthodox Catherdral I mentioned earlier.
The gorgeous tents and decor shown above is also from Jacqueline Chapelle French Inspired Events.
I think the bride did a pretty good job choosing this as her gift to her groom!
I have to say, these were some of the most emotion filled dances to date! First the bride danced with her groom, then she danced with her father and lastly she danced with her grandfather (her mom’s dad). Then the groom danced with his mother. I cried again even while just blogging these photos, such beautiful moments!
Next the groom got to put his new gift to use sabering a bottle of champagne. Mind you I, Samantha, was barely able to lift this sword in the air with 2 hands it is so heavy and above we see him holding it like its a butter knife swinging it through the air without a worry.
Yet another STUNNING Susie’s Cakes!
The tents are beautiful at night!
This final sparkler shot was requested by the bride and it has been a HUGE hit! We get a request for this shot at nearly every wedding and portrait session we do.
