La Cantera Resort Wedding

We are so pleased to share with you all our first wedding out at La Cantera Resort. Dipesh and Hannah had a 2 day Indian Christian celebration that was simply beautiful. Neither Hannah or Dipesh are from San Antonio so this was also a destination wedding. We start things off with the Indian ceremony on Friday. Dipesh and Hannah chose to do a 1st look to start their day.

Before the Baraat ceremony the couple went out and took some couple’s photos and met the horse Dipesh would ride in.

The Baraat – groom’s wedding procession. In North Indian communities, it is customary for the bridegroom to travel to the wedding venue on a mare, accompanied by his family members. In every Baraat we have participated in it is a joyous celebration of dancing and singing. Take a look here.

The Indian wedding ceremony took place at La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, TX.

And we finished up Day 1 with gorgeous sunset photos of the wedding party and the newlyweds. We love when our couple’s love photos!!! We were not there for the Mehndi ceremony earlier in the day but we did capture these beautiful photos of the girls.

Day 2 – Christian Ceremony – San Antonio Indian Wedding Photographer

Day 2 started with getting ready for the American or Christian ceremony taking place. Here is how they started day 2.

The bride did a 1st look with her dad and we always love these. Such a special moment between 2 special people. And then Dipesh and Hannah did a first look as well. This next series of photos makes me smile.
